Presentations are needed above all to promote goods and services on the market and to introduce them to the target audience – the company’s partners, clients and employees. A presentation is a set of advertising and information materials in electronic or printed form. Types of presentations

Several groups of presentations can be distinguished today, and each has its own purpose and its own price.

• Printed and electronic. The printed version usually complements the electronic one and is offered as a handout. A4 presentations are printed on modern equipment and then bound in the required order, while electronic versions are made in special programs such as PowerPoint.
• By purpose: marketing, scientific and educational. We accept orders of any kind, and the design is made in full accordance with the requirements of the educational institution or of the marketing brief.
• By format. Depending on the client’s wishes, the paper format is chosen (A3 or A4), as well as the type of program in which the presentation is created.
• By the way the project is presented: static, animated, video presentation, text or graphic.

Digital printing technology and the production of presentations

As a rule a presentation consists of:

• a cover;
• a colour or black-and-white block;
• backing sheets.

Colour printing is recommended, because it shows the work of your company as vividly as possible. We also offer digital technology for small and medium print runs and even for single copies. It makes the colour pages expressive:

• photographs;
• design elements such as illustrations and pictures;
• diagrams;
• schemes;
• tables and so on.

A black-and-white printout of solid text with no visual material will hardly attract attention, and full-colour digital printing solves this problem. Various binding methods are available as well: staples, thermal binding, plastic or metal spring.

Our printing house calculates every presentation order individually. To work out the cost we need the following information:

• Type: with or without a cover.
• Format: A4 (21×29.7 cm) or A3 (29.7×42 cm).
• Type of cover and backing: a transparent cover without a backing, a transparent cover with a thick backing, a thick backing without a transparent sheet, or none at all.
• The block: colour or black-and-white printing, single-sided or double-sided.
• Paper: offset, coated, cardboard or designer paper, density from 80 g to 350 g.
• Protective and decorative film (lamination): glossy or matt, pouch or roll, or none.
• Binding: on the short or the long side, plastic or metal spring, staples.
• Designer services.
• The deadline.
