Planners, notebooks and diaries have become a firm part of everyday life for people of very different professions – financiers, teachers, office workers, business owners and even homemakers. A diary makes it easy to plan the day: to note meetings, tasks, shopping, leisure, a to-do list and much more. Who needs a modern paper assistant

Original, well-made diaries are considered essential above all by people who work in an office, but they are in demand in other areas too.

Dated and undated diaries

We print diaries in any format and with a wide range of designs. We produce standard formats and also work with non-standard sizes. To keep the production inexpensive without losing quality we use modern methods and professional multifunctional equipment – a combination that guarantees crisp, original images and excellent durability.

There are two options for the design of the inner block.

• Diaries with dated pages follow the calendar year, current or future. Each page is one day and, in the standard format, shows the date, the day of the week, the month and the hours. A dated organiser lets you plan ahead and makes sure nothing is forgotten.
• Undated diaries are not tied to particular dates and are filled in as information comes. No pages are skipped, so such a diary can last more than one year. It can be given as a gift at any time, not only around the New Year and Christmas holidays.

Cover options for diaries

The wide range of materials and finishing methods makes it possible to create very different covers, so when you place an order for diaries you can count on getting exactly what you want. The available options are:

• spring binding, for example a metal spring;
• ring binding;
• sewn and glued binding, that is a hard binding;
• a removable cover;
• metal rounded corners;
• stitching or perforation along the perimeter;
• gilding or silvering of the page edges.

A cover can be hard or flexible. A hard cover makes the diary durable and keeps its shape, while a soft one is lighter and cheaper. Bright, original, high-quality materials are used for the cover, most often:

• leather and its varieties;
• synthetic textiles;
• plastic;
• paper, with subsequent lamination with glossy or matt film;
• cardboard, including designer cardboard.

We keep several dozen colour and texture samples in stock, and every one of them is suitable for printing corporate identity on the cover of a diary.

A combined cover is also possible. Materials are joined by stitching, which is the standard way of combining them – a synthetic surface together with translucent plastic, for example, looks quite original.

Covers can also be modified to make the edition exclusive: with a strap or a clasp, magnetic or press-stud. A jacket with a loop for a pencil or a pen and pockets for business cards makes an equally good impression.

Technologies used in custom diary printing

When you order diaries from our printing house you can count not only on high-quality printing, but also on an exclusively designed cover. We use a number of modern technologies for this.

• Foil stamping and blind embossing. These give a relief image; metallised foil in gold, silver, holographic and other colours makes the effect stronger.
• An original inner block. The logo can be printed on every page of the diary, the corporate identity can be carried through the design, and colour inserts or paper of different colours can be used.
• Endpapers and pastedowns. A free area for advertising, information about the company, photographs and anything else.
• Die-cutting. An excellent way to show individuality: the windows that are cut out let you see part of the endpaper, so their design deserves particular attention.
• Printing. Full-colour printing allows any images, including photographs, to be used on covers.
• Lamination. A glossy or matt polymer film that protects a paper cover.
• UV varnish. Highlights individual elements.
• Ribbon bookmark. A fixed ribbon bookmark can be of any colour and width, and it can also be branded with a logo.

The price of making diaries with a logo depends on these factors as well.
